- I felt I would always be a child, and have the never-ending support of my parents. I knew I lived an untouchable life, until tragedy struck and changed my life forever. Just a few years ago, I was put through a very emotional stage of depression.
- Adolescent depression is a big problem, and if nothing?s done about it, it can lead to an emotional breakdown.
- In recent years, we have heard of depression and the affects of the disorder, and what medications and theories help to prevent depression in adults. Many people are not aware that not only is depression diagnosed in adults, recently studies show that depression is diagnosed in adolescents.
- Depression is a disease that afflicts the human psyche in such a way that the afflicted tends to act and react abnormally toward others and themselves. Therefore it comes to no surprise to discover that adolescent depression is strongly linked to teen suicide.
